Salary – R15 000
Background in boutique hotels, aparthotels, STR (short term rental) and villa operations dealing with guests, owner and reservations as well as revenue management
Looking for South African national living in the Cape Town area, with at least two years reservations experience. The role includes taking reservation and guest meet & greet, from check in to check out, property visits, inspections etc
A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are essential
Candidates must have the ability to compile clear daily, weekly and monthly reports, and track key guest experience and operational metrics.
Fluent in spoken and written English
