Reservations / Revenue Manager or Rooms Division Manager
Senior management appointment
Minimum 5 years in hospitality, short-term rentals or property management, with minimum 2 years managing a team, ideally 4–8 people
Someone who sits between hospitality, property management, revenue management and owner relations
Must have managed CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and guest experience function as a department head – warmth alone is not the
brief – COMMERCIAL judgement is.
Experience with PriceLabs (or another revenue-management platform)
Hostaway or an equivalent PMSA
understanding of the Airbnb / Booking.com / OTA environment
A background in a boutique hotel, villa operation or aparthotel over a 300-roomproperty
Any candidate who is currently in a hybrid role covering guest experience, owner management and revenue at the same time, even if their title looks unrelated to this title.
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
