F&B MANAGER with Two 4* hotels next to one another: 4* with 98 bedrooms, Bar & Restaurant Kitchen 90 seats serving t3 meals a day and cape Malay influence, A boardroom, gym and pool, Hotel 2 – 4* with 236 rooms, a spa, lounge, The restaurant seating 300, a terrace, pool, gym and 3 conference venues, the hotel has a nautical theme. Cape Town Based candidates preferred, Large hotel experience as this totals 334 Rooms.
Priority African Female. Second coloured Female and Third African Male.
