Role Overview
The Holistic Healer is a key part of a circle of gifted therapists – a team devoted to the art of intuitive, healing touch and deep care.
This role is for someone who understands that a treatment is not only physical but also energetic and emotional – a meeting of presence, intuition and intention. Each Holistic Healer oIers more than a massage, treatment or hammam; they create a space where the body and soul can rest, release and renew.
The Holistic Healer works in close collaboration with the Guardians, Guest Experience, and Sanctuary teams to ensure that each guest’s journey flows with ease, warmth and meaning.
This position requires sensitivity, professionalism and a deep love for the healing arts – combining skill in massage, reflexology and energy work with a grounded, feminine wisdom that listens through the hands and heart.
Main Responsibilities
- Healing Treatments & Guest Care
•OIer holistic treatments such as massages, reflexology, body rituals and hammam experiences that align with our philosophy of intuitive, intentional healing.
•Create a safe, nurturing and peaceful space for each guest before, during and after treatments.
Work intuitively – tuning into the guest’s energy, emotions, and physical needs.
•Maintain presence and mindfulness in every session, oIering touch that restores balance and harmony.
•Guide guests gently through their healing journey, ensuring they feel cared for, seen and renewed.
•Honour boundaries, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Preparation & Care of Healing Spaces
•Prepare and maintain all treatment rooms and spaces to reflect the establishments high standards of cleanliness, order and beauty.
•Ensure oils, products, linens and tools are ready, replenished and presented with care.
•Treat each space and tool as sacred – maintaining a sense of respect and mindfulness in all preparation.
- Collaboration & Communication
•Work closely with the Guardian, Guest Experience, and Sanctuary teams to ensure theflowof the guest journey is seamless and intentional.
•Communicate clearly regarding guest preferences, needs or sensitivities.
•Participate in team meetings, seasonal rituals and daily rhythms that nurture harmony and alignment within the team.
- Stock & Supplies
•Ensure oils, products and healing materials are well stocked, clean and properly stored.
•Report and support the ordering of any stock needs or product requests.
•Handle all products with mindfulness and respect, avoiding waste and maintaining high quality.
•Keep all storerooms and treatment areas neat and energetically clear.

•Continue to learn and grow – deepening knowledge in healing techniques, energy work and self-awareness.
