Salary: R30k per month
Job description: We are looking for a South African GENERAL/SENIOR Restaurant Manager in V&A Waterfront, Cape Town. High volume turnover, wine knowledge is a big plus as it is an up-market 350 seater up-market Restaurant, Offering R20K to R30 depending on experience and STABLE TRACK RECORD. At least 5 years experience managing a large restaurant, managing staff etc, 10years in the industry
You need to be a real livewire that can handle the pace of an extremely busy restaurant during peak season & can manage a very diverse team with very strong personalities
Medical aid and Provident Fund are compulsory and tax, so you will come out with about R20K – R30K (The company does not contribute)
Must have your own transport for shift work
